#3 Sneaky Bias In Grading Performance
Marvin is our fictitious instructor in a university conservatory program. The department has very handsome student who can be extremely charming when he’s not being a jerk. This student is also extremely talented but will push back against any correction given from his instructors. When it is time to perform for grades or productions he has made the appropriate adjustments and presents very impressive work. The work process with him is miserable.
